How long will it take before my items arrive? TOP
Most items are custom made to order. Please allow up to 4 weeks for your order to arrive. Check our list of current events at the bottom of the home page to ensure your order will not encounter a delay. If you have a rush request, please e-mail before ordering to check availability. A small fee may be charged for rush jobs. Instock items should ship within 2 business days. Wholesale orders will receive a quote based on the size of the order. How do I wash my items? TOP
Washing instructions vary with each item. Instructions are included with your shipment. When in doubt, wash gently in cold and lay flat to dry. Embroidery should be turned inside out before laundering. What kind of clips do you use? TOP
You have the option of selecting from most of the following (depending on the bow you are buying). Lapel pins are also available upon request.

Don't worry our Ladybug Hospital can help! replacement notions are available for cost plus shipping. Please e-mail with your request. Repairs constitute stitching only. If fabric needs patching or replacing other charges will incur. Please send your item in need of stitching to the address on your invoice, plus $6 and return shipping in the same amount it takes to send it to us. What is "grippy" ? TOP
Grippy is the unique grip slip pad adhered inside every alligator clip. This rubber grip pad ensures that our alligator clip bows will stay put in even 1 strand of hair! Who is making my items? TOP
We currently have 3 seamstresses, 2 ribbon artists and a few assistants that will custom sew or design your items. All items are approved through the home office for design specs. The location of your order is determined by proximity, schedules and talents of our staff. Can I wash my bow? TOP
Our bows should be hand washed with luke warm water using mild detergent. Simply hold the bow upside down by the clip and gently agitate in the water. Try not to get the clip wet because the metal will rust. Lay the bow on a towel with the clip down to dry. We do not recommend washing firecrackers, korkers or marabou. I have a boutique and am interested in carrying your bows. TOP

Nope! Every child has different sensitivities, so all our bows are heat sealed for a beautiful finish. How are your bows made? TOP
All bows are handmade by Karyn or a select staff of artisans. Each bow is sewn thoroughly to resist pulling apart or disfiguring. No chemicals are used in the process of korking or sealing. I have a special outfit to match, can you help? TOP
Absolutely! E-mail a clear picture or a link to an online photo and we will do our best to match colors. Remember, the better the photo, the better the match! Although we have a great record, we cannot promise an exact match, but we will do our best! A color card is a much more accurate for choosing colors. Do you have business cards? TOP
Yes! Thank you for asking! We can include cards to hand out to your friends and admirers! Our bows are sure to attract attention! This is a gift, can you include a card? TOP
